Job summary

Discord is seeking a hands-on Strategy & Operations professional to build and scale our revenue engine. You’ll own revenue forecasting, pipeline health metrics, quota setting, bottoms-up planning, and ground-up forecasting with AI-enabled workflows, partnering with sales leadership and cross-functional partners.

This is a builder role for an IC, not a manager, requiring 9+ years’ experience, CRM and analytics fluency, and the ability to influence executives while working in a hybrid SF Bay Area

Qualifications

• 9+ years in strategy and operations or sales operations at fast growth or consulting firms.
• Builder mindset with ability to stand up processes from scratch.
• Executive presence and stakeholder management with C-level interactions.
• Proven analytics that yield actionable executive insights from complex data.
• Hands-on AI adoption with measurable impact; treats AI as infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue forecasting and pipeline management with leadership review cadence.
• Define pipeline and health metrics; build analytics infrastructure in Salesforce.
• Lead strategic assessments for new opportunities and go-to-market optimization.
• Partner with sales leadership on territory design and coverage models.
• Lead annual/quarterly goal setting, data-driven and equitable targets.
• Analyze sales cycles and conversion trends to surface actionable insights.
• Drive process and tooling improvements to boost efficiency and selling time.
