You'll lead the design of scalable systems, dashboards, and incentives, partnering with executives to drive predictable revenue growth. This role demands strategic execution in a fast-moving AI/ SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Revenue or Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or Business Operations.
• 3+ years leading people.
• Experience with high-growth B2B SaaS or AI companies.
• Deep Salesforce and CRM experience.
• Strong SaaS metrics and forecasting knowledge.
• Ability to influence executives and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own Revenue Ops strategy across Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
• Build scalable GTM processes to improve pipeline, forecast, and retention.
• Lead territory and quota planning and capacity modeling.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Improve CRM governance and data quality.
