Botrista, Inc. is seeking a highly analytical Revenue Operations Analyst to drive understanding of revenue growth, customer performance, retention, and profitability.

You will connect data across Sales, Account Management, deployments, operations, and Finance to identify trends and actions that improve business outcomes. The role reports to the Revenue Operations Manager and acts as a shared analytical resource across Revenue Operations, Commercial Planning, and Finance.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Finance, Strategy, or related analytical role.
• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with Salesforce data and CRM reporting is strongly preferred.
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools is preferred.
• Strong understanding of business metrics and ability to connect operational activity to financial outcomes.
• Ability to communicate complex analysis clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Analyze revenue performance against plan and identify drivers of variances.
• Evaluate customer revenue, recurring revenue, retention, and expansion across the business.
• Develop cohort and segmentation analyses across verticals, customer types, and sales channels.
• Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities before they appear in topline results.
• Build core revenue and account performance reporting for leadership reviews.
• Support forecasting, scenario analysis, and operating plans with data-driven insights.
• Quantify revenue at risk and potential upside across the customer base.
