Botrista, Inc. is seeking a highly analytical Revenue Operations Analyst to drive revenue growth, customer performance, retention, and profitability.

You will connect data across Sales, Account Management, deployments, and Finance to identify trends, explain results, and support commercial decisions. This role demands curiosity and the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable insights for leaders.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Analytics, Finance, or related analytical roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets proficiency.
• Experience with Salesforce data and CRM reporting.
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools.

Mansioni

• Analyze revenue performance vs. plan and identify drivers behind variances.
• Evaluate new customer revenue, recurring revenue, retention, expansion, and deployments.
• Develop cohort/segmentation analyses across verticals, channels, and regions.
• Collaborate to create a consistent view of commercial and financial performance.
• Translate analyses into clear recommendations and actions for leadership.
• Support forecasting and scenario modeling across functions.
• Automate recurring analysis and reporting where possible.
