Job summary

Botrista, Inc. is seeking a highly analytical Revenue Operations Analyst to illuminate revenue growth, customer performance, retention, and profitability.

You will connect data across Sales, Account Management, deployments, and Finance to explain performance and inform decisions. The role reports to the Revenue Operations Manager and serves as a shared analytical resource across Revenue Operations, Commercial Planning, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or analytics.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with Salesforce data and CRM reporting.
• Experience building financial/operational models.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear actions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain revenue performance reporting across functions.
• Analyze revenue drivers, churn risk, and customer expansion opportunities.
• Develop cohort/segmentation analyses across verticals and channels.
• Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities for leadership.
• Collaborate across Revenue Ops, Commercial Planning, and Finance to align metrics.
