Botrista, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to drive insights on revenue growth, retention, and profitability. You will connect data acrossSales, Account Management, deployments, and Finance to explain performance, identify opportunities, and support strategic decisions.

The role partners with Revenue Ops, Commercial Planning, and Finance to maintain a trusted data view, translate analysis into actions, and improve forecasting and reporting in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Analytics, Finance, or related analytical roles.
• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with Salesforce data and CRM reporting.
• Experience building financial, operational, forecasting, or scenario models.
• Strong ability to connect operational activity to financial outcomes.
• Clear communication of analysis to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue performance, variances, and underlying drivers across plans and cohorts.
• Evaluate new customer revenue, recurring revenue, retention, expansion, and deployments.
• Develop cohort/segmentation analyses across verticals, channels, and territories.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities; translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Revenue Ops, Commercial Planning, and Finance to maintain a consistent performance view.
• Analyze pipeline health, quota attainment, and seller productivity; review lead sources and ICP performance.
• Model revenue growth, customer performance, retention, and capacity; support forecasts and scenarios.
• Produce core revenue/operational reporting and support leadership reviews.
