Job summary

Zoom is seeking an experienced revenue operations leader to join our team. You will own the GTM tech stack end to end, including Salesforce configuration, automation, integrations, and data modeling across CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, billing, and product analytics.

You will run weekly pipeline reviews and quarterly forecast readouts for the CRO and Head of Revenue Operations, design cross-team engagement rules, and partner with sales, SDR, AM, and CS to drive expansion programs

Qualifications

6+ years in revenue or sales operations at B2B SaaS
Deep Salesforce expertise including Flows and data model changes
Experience with GTM stack: sales engagement, routing, data providers, marketing automation

Responsibilities

Own the GTM tech stack end to end (Salesforce config, automation, integrations)
Build and maintain GTM data model across CRM, marketing automation, billing and product analytics
Run weekly pipeline reviews and monthly/quarterly forecast readouts for CRO and RevOps Head
Design rules of engagement for inbound/outbound ownership and cross-team handoffs
Build lead routing and territory logic to speed up lead-to-opportunity conversion
Collaborate with AM and CS to design signal-driven expansion programs
Set quarterly priorities with cross-functional teams and manage the RevOps queue
