Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Revenue Operations leader to own the GTM tech stack, ensure data integrity, and drive forecast accuracy. You’ll partner with sales, SDR, AM, and CS to translate strategy into hands-on rules of engagement and scalable programs.

You will build and maintain data models across CRM, marketing automation, and analytics, enabling signal-driven expansion and fast decision making. This role blends hands-on systems work with strategic leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in revenue operations or sales operations at B2B SaaS.
• Deep Salesforce expertise, including data model changes and admin ownership.
• Hands-on GTM stack experience: sales engagement, scheduling, data providers, and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM tech stack end to end, including Salesforce configuration and integrations.
• Build and maintain the GTM data model across CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, billing, and product analytics.
• Run weekly pipeline reviews and monthly/quarterly forecast readouts for new business and expansion.
• Design and enforce rules of engagement for inbound/outbound ownership and cross-team handoffs.
• Build lead routing, territory logic, and account hierarchy frameworks for speed to lead.
• Partner with AM and CS teams to design signal-driven expansion programs and automate them.
• Collaborate with sales, SDR, AM, and CS leadership to set quarterly priorities and drive cross-functional projects.
• Triage RevOps requests while progressing on a longer-term roadmap.
• Help the revenue org extract value from AI tools through enablement and new workflows.
