Job summary

Zoom seeks a Revenue Operations leader to own the GTM tech stack and data model, aligning with sales, SDR, AM, and CS leadership. You will run pipeline cadences, produce executive reporting, and enable scalable, signal-driven programs across product and customer data.

Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, this role offers growth as the RevOps function expands and helps the revenue org leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in revenue or sales operations at B2B SaaS.
• Deep Salesforce experience with Flows, data model changes, and admin ownership.
• Hands-on experience with a full GTM stack and data providers.
• Proven ability to run pipeline and forecast cadences with board-level reporting.
• Ability to design lead routing and cross-team engagement rules.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM tech stack end-to-end, including Salesforce configuration and integrations.
• Build and maintain the GTM data model across CRM, marketing, sales, billing, and analytics.
• Run weekly pipeline reviews and quarterly forecast readouts for executives.
• Design and enforce rules of engagement across SDRs, AEs, AMs, and CSMs.
• Build lead routing, territory logic, and account hierarchy frameworks.
• Partner with AM and CS teams to design signal-driven expansion programs.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to set quarterly priorities and drive projects.
• Triage RevOps requests while progressing a longer-term roadmap.
• Help the revenue org extract value from AI tools via enablement and workflows.
