Job summary

SumUp is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist for GTM Data & Commercial Operations in Boulder, CO. You will own the data and tools that power our US sales engine, optimizing the tech stack and automations to drive efficiency and reliability.

The role partners with sales and marketing to deliver scalable processes for new initiatives and data-backed decision making. You will manage CRM systems, dashboards, and reporting while prioritizing multiple projects and learning new tools quickly.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in revenue/sales operations with tool ownership.
• Strong Salesforce competencies including data models, automations, and flows.
• Ability to analyze data and build dashboards to deliver insights.
• Able to manage multiple projects and stay organized under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain our core sales tech stack, optimizing data quality.
• Own lead management and distribution end-to-end for right reps at right time.
• Build and improve automations and workflows for faster sales.
• Partner with sales and marketing to design processes for new initiatives.
• Handle ad hoc reporting requests and create actionable data outputs.
• Use AI-powered tools to surface, transform, and organize data for sales.
