Job summary

OnPay is seeking a GTM Systems Engineer to design and optimize the systems, automation, data flows, and technical workflows powering our go-to-market organization. You’ll collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and Technology to connect systems, automate processes, and scale efficiency.

The role blends technical problem-solving with an understanding of how modern GTM teams operate, and emphasizes HubSpot expertise, data modeling, and API-driven integrations to improve

Qualifications

• Experience in GTM Engineering or Revenue Operations Engineering.
• Strong HubSpot or enterprise CRM with data modeling, APIs, integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and SQL; API/webhook experience.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable GTM systems, workflows, automations, and integrations across the customer lifecycle.
• Build inbound lead workflows: enrichment, scoring, routing, speed-to-lead.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to connect campaigns with CRM and product engagement.
• Lead HubSpot technical work: advanced workflows, custom objects, data models, APIs.
• Connect CRM, marketing, sales, and CS via APIs, webhooks, data pipelines.
• Identify bottlenecks and automate to improve efficiency and data integrity.
• Explore AI opportunities in lead enrichment, routing, and onboarding.
• Develop internal tools and scripts with strong testing and governance.
