Zusammenfassung

Certivity GmbH is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to own the entire revenue engine—from first signal of interest to closed deals, billing, and renewals. You will unify the GTM stack, connect systems via API/webhooks, and build AI-powered workflows that scale with growth.

The role requires 3+ years in revenue or sales ops in B2B SaaS, strong HubSpot expertise, and fluency in English. Munich-based hybrid role with flexible hours and generous vacation and workation benefits.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, GTM Ops or similar in B2B SaaS.
• Strong HubSpot experience: workflows, integrations, automation and reporting.
• Experience with GTM automation tools: Clay, Apollo, n8n, Make, Zapier.
• Good understanding of APIs and data integrations across SaaS.
• Fluent English (C1).

Aufgaben

• Own and consolidate GTM stack, keep it clean and scalable.
• Connect systems via APIs and webhooks so data flows to invoice.
• Automate journey from prospecting to onboarding, incl. enrichment.
• Build AI agents for research, meeting prep, follow-ups and summaries.
• Build HubSpot dashboards and reliable forecasting (ARR, pipeline velocity).
• Surface expansion opportunities and streamline quoting, contracting and billing.
• Provide founders with actionable insights and challenge current processes.
• Tech stack: HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, n8n, Make, Zapier, Claude.
