Job summary

vCluster Labs is seeking a Revenue Operations Engineer who designs Clay pipelines, enrichment workflows, and AI agents that surface the right accounts to sales and SDRs. You will own the GTM stack for our EMEA team, from Salesforce workflows to the integrations that tie HubSpot, Notion, and Slack together.

As part of your role, you will build and extend enrichment pipelines, ensure data quality, and own account and MQL funnel scoring.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building Clay pipelines, enrichment waterfalls, and production-grade automations.
• Deep Salesforce flows and automation knowledge; HubSpot fluency is expected.
• Experience building AI agents or automations in production environments.
• Systems thinking across scoring, routing, enrichment, and CRM hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain account intelligence and enrichment pipelines.
• Build AI agents and end-to-end automation across Clay, Salesforce, and Claude.
• Ensure data quality and repeatable processes to keep CRM data clean over time.
• Own account scoring and MQL funnel signal workflows for timely routing.
• Develop and maintain integrations across Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion and Slack; evaluate new tools.
