Job summary

Commerce is seeking an experienced Revenue Operations leader to translate go-to-market strategy into scalable processes, systems, and insights across Sales, Partners, and Customer Success. The role focuses on pipeline health, customer outcomes, and revenue performance in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

The ideal candidate will drive analytics, forecasting, and operational excellence, leveraging AI tools to automate reporting and optimize GTM workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related roles in SaaS/tech.
• Strong analytical skills with financial modeling and BI tools experience.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to solve reporting needs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Operations across Sales, Partner and Customer Success.
• enable pipeline growth, retention and expansion through processes, systems, and analytics.
• Identify operational gaps across the revenue lifecycle and design scalable solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Partner, Customer Success and Finance to define and deliver revenue targets.
• Translate strategic initiatives into execution plans with milestones and metrics.
• Model financial and operational impacts related to pipeline generation and programs.
• Own pipeline management processes and discipline across the sales cycle.
• Drive forecast accuracy with regular reviews and leadership alignment.
• Lead territory/account planning with Sales and Finance for growth targets.
• Define and own KPIs and build dashboards for executives and operations.
• Proactively surface risks and opportunities from data to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Analytics to ensure data accuracy and reporting reliability.
• Translate complex sales data into actionable recommendations.
