Job summary

New Relic, Inc. in Arlington, VA is seeking a GTM AI Engineer to help power the Revenue Velocity engine by turning product signals into automated sales actions.

You will build and maintain AI-powered workflows across Sales, Expansion and PLG teams, deploying automations using Clay, Boomi, Claude and Gemini, and ensuring data quality across CRM records.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations to scale the GTM stack and accelerate deal velocity.

Qualifications

• Experience building GTM systems or revenue operations in a fast-moving company.
• Hands-on automation using webhooks, APIs, or low-code platforms.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns, outreach, and lead nurturing.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain opportunity management, handoffs, forecasting, and post-sales workflows.
• Identify gaps, fix edge cases, and ensure the funnel from first meeting to renewal runs smoothly.
• Deploy automations that surface next-best actions and speed deal velocity.
• Perform data hygiene and enrichment across CRM records for accuracy.
