Job summary

Make is seeking a Revenue Programs GTM Engineer to serve as the technical backbone of our Revenue Programs & Projects team. You will own the AI and automation infrastructure powering the GTM motion, including data enrichment pipelines, AI outreach personalization, sales coaching agents, forecasting tools, and internal tooling.

You will architect scalable systems, then execute with precision, measuring success by adoption and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Revenue/Sales Ops, GTM Engineering, or RevOps in B2B SaaS.
• Deep technical knowledge in Clay, automation tools, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Own the data enrichment lifecycle within Salesforce and Snowflake, engineer end-to-end pipelines.
• Develop AI agents and automation; maintain reusable AI tool library and governance.
