Job summary

vCluster Labs is seeking a Revenue Operations Engineer to design automated GTM pipelines, enrichment workflows, and AI agents that surface the right accounts to sales and SDRs. You will own the EMEA GTM stack, from Salesforce workflows to integrations linking HubSpot, Notion, and Slack, while ensuring data quality and scalable automation.

The role requires hands-on Clay experience, Salesforce admin skills, and a passion for building production-grade AI-driven processes across CRM ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Clay experience building tables, enrichment waterfalls and pipelines.
• Salesforce flows and automation experience beyond reports.
• HubSpot fluency expected alongside it.
• Experience building AI agents or automations in production.
• Systems thinking for GTM: scoring, routing, enrichment and CRM hygiene.
• EMEA-based and self-directed with time-zone ownership.
• Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent admin experience.
• Code and CLI comfort with scripting and APIs.
• Startup scaling experience.
• Advanced Clay or Claude tooling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build and extend Clay tables, enrichment and discovery pipelines for target accounts.
• Create AI agents and automated GTM workflows across Clay, Salesforce and Claude.
• Maintain data quality and design repeatable cleanup processes.
• Own funnel scoring and routing signals to surface accounts to sellers.
• Develop and sustain integrations among Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion and Slack.
