Job summary

ASG is seeking a GTM Engineer to join our GTM Team to design/ship Clay-centered GTM systems that directly move revenue, bookings, pipeline, and rep performance across our portfolio of Operating Companies. This is a hands-on individual contributor role at the intersection of GTM, AI, and RevOps which will report to ASG’s VP RevOps.

You will design, build, and maintain Clay workflows, own the outbound stack deployment, partner with OpCo RevOps leaders, prototype and productionize AI workflows, and

Qualifications

• Hands-on Clay expertise including tables, enrichment workflows, signals, audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Clay workflows as the core outbound infrastructure.
• Own deployment of the outbound stack including data providers, dialers, intent signals, and agents.
• Partner with OpCo RevOps leaders to scope and prioritize work in sprints tied to a portfolio-wide roadmap.
• Prototype and productionize AI/agentic GTM workflows with the ASG Engineering team.
• Instrument reporting tied to the Bowtie Data Model to show OpCo impact.
• Document builds and contribute to a portfolio-wide playbook/skills library.
