Job summary

vCluster Labs is seeking a Revenue Operations Engineer to design Clay pipelines, enrichments, and AI agents that surface the right accounts to sales and SDRs. You will own the GTM stack for the EMEA team, integrating Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion, and Slack to automate and optimize go-to-market workflows.

You will build robust enrichment pipelines, ensure data quality over time, and drive end-to-end automation that scales beyond initial deployments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Clay experience building tables, enrichments, and pipelines.
• Salesforce flows and automation; HubSpot fluency expected.
• AI agents/automation that run in production (Claude, Clay, or Salesforce).
• Systems thinking for GTM: scoring, routing, enrichment and CRM hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Clay pipelines, enrichment workflows, and AI agents end-to-end.
• Own RevOps GTM stack for EMEA, from Salesforce workflows to cross-tool integrations.
• Build and maintain account intelligence and MQL funnel scoring signals.
