New Relic, Inc. is hiring a GTM AI Engineer to help build the AI-powered Revenue Velocity stack. You will translate operational needs from Sales, Expansion, and PLG teams into reliable, scalable workflows and automate opportunities from first contact to renewal.

You’ll deploy AI-native automations using Clay, Boomi, Claude, Gemini, and integrate Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, and Marketo. Expect data hygiene, testing, and cross-functional collaboration as we scale GTM tooling; this is a remote

Qualifications

• 2+ years of GTM systems, revenue operations, or sales architecture experience.
• Experience powering sales pipelines, post-sale processes, and lifecycle ops.
• Experience building automations via webhooks, APIs, or low-code platforms.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain opportunity management, handoffs, forecasting, and post-sales workflows.
• Identify gaps, solve edge cases, ensure the funnel runs smoothly and intelligently.
• Deploy AI-native automations to surface next-best actions and boost deal velocity.
• Perform data hygiene and enrichment across CRM records.
• Test, monitor, and troubleshoot automated GTM workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Accounts, and Marketing to translate needs into solutions.
• Connect GTM tools into a cohesive stack and scale it as we grow.
