Job summary

vCluster Labs is hiring a Revenue Operations Engineer. You will design Clay pipelines, enrichment workflows, and AI agents to surface the right accounts to sales and SDRs, owning the GTM stack for the EMEA team, from Salesforce to HubSpot, Notion, and Slack.

You will implement end-to-end automation, ensure data quality, and support global RevOps with a focus on scalable, production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Clay experience building tables, enrichment pipelines and pipelines you would extend.
• Deep Salesforce flows and automation experience; HubSpot fluency expected.
• Experience building AI agents or automations for production.
• Understand GTM data flows: scoring, routing, enrichment and CRM hygiene.
• Based in EMEA and comfortable owning a queue without a local teammate.
• Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent admin-level experience.
• Comfort with scripting, APIs, Claude CLI, or MCP integrations.
• Experience scaling a startup from Series A with necessary systems.

Responsibilities

• Account intelligence and enrichment: build Clay tables, enrichment and discovery pipelines.
• AI agents and automation: convert GTM workflows into end-to-end automated processes.
• Data quality: design repeatable processes to keep account and contact data clean.
• Scoring and top-of-funnel signals: own MQL funnel scoring and signal routing.
• Systems and integrations: maintain Salesforce workflows and connect Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion, Slack.
• EMEA RevOps support: manage the RevOps queue during EMEA hours with US teammate support.
• Lead the RevOps GTM stack for the EMEA region and align with sales and SDRs.
