Job summary
New Relic, Inc. is seeking a GTM AI Engineer to help power our Revenue Velocity engine and build AI-enabled automation that drives sales actions across SLG, Expansion, and PLG teams.
You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations to deploy automations, maintain data quality, and optimize the funnel from initial contact to renewal, using platforms like Salesforce, Hubspot, and Clay.
Qualifications
- Experience designing and operating GTM systems and revenue workflows.
- Proven ability to align sales, marketing, and product needs into scalable automation.
- Hands-on with APIs, webhooks, or low-code platforms to automate processes.
- Strong SQL analytics to derive insights and monitor data quality.
- Comfort collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Help build and maintain GTM automation that supports opportunity management, forecasting, and post-sale workflows.
- Identify friction points and optimize the funnel from first meeting to renewal.
- Deploy AI-powered automations that surface recommended actions and timely follow-ups.
- Ensure data hygiene and enrichment across CRM records for accuracy.
- Test, monitor, and troubleshoot automated GTM workflows to minimize drag.
- Partner with Sales, Accounts, and Marketing to translate needs into design.
