Breeze is building an AI-powered financial infrastructure for global commerce, combining payments, AI, and cross-border operations. The Revenue Operations Specialist will own CRM, forecasting, reporting, compensation, onboarding, and sales support, turning data into actionable decisions with AI-driven workflows.

You’ll work across Attio, Claude, Clay, and other tools to scale our GTM stack, optimize the funnel, and partner with Sales and Leadership to drive rapid growth.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations or similar analytical role.
• Experience with CRM hygiene and data enrichment.
• Proven ability to build dashboards and drive insights from sales data.
• Hands-on with AI/automation to streamline workflows.
• Strong communicator across Sales, Operations, Legal, and Leadership.

• Own Sales operations: CRM, pipeline, forecasting, and day-to-day support.
• Build dashboards and define key metrics to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions as the team grows.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows and agents to reduce manual work.
• Lead rollout of new tools, documentation, training, and adoption.
• Support onboarding and enablement for new and existing sellers.
• Partner with leadership to deliver data-driven solutions to business problems.
• Tackle ambiguous operational challenges with practical, repeatable fixes.
