fal is hiring a hands-on GTM Engineer to own the execution layer of our revenue systems. You will report to Revenue Operations and operate for a 30-seat GTM org, leveraging AI-native stacks daily.

You will unblock reps, build end-to-end workflows, and ensure smooth pre-, during, and post-sales processes in a fast-growing, AI-driven environment. You will work with Claude/Cursor/Codex and integrate systems across Salesforce, Outreach, Clay, Gumloop, and more, driving data quality and automation

Formación

• 3 to 5 years in GTM, revenue, or sales operations at a B2B software company
• Hands-on operator of a modern GTM stack including Salesforce, a sales engagement platform, and an enrichment tool (Clay preferred)
• Familiar with APIs, webhooks; able to wire systems and debug syncs; SQL a plus; software engineering not required
• Fluent with AI tools as a builder (Claude, Cursor) to script, automate and ship fast
• Systems-design mindset with a service-oriented approach
• High ownership and low ego; able to unblock teammates and handle data work precisely

Responsabilidades

• Create target lists and audiences for outbound, campaigns, and marketing programs to enable fast, effective sales execution
• Build agentic workflows to empower BDR, AE, and AM teams across pre-sales, sales, and post-sales
• Run data enrichment, hygiene, and processing pipelines in Clay and Salesforce
• Provide daily systems support and front-line issue resolution across the GTM stack (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Apollo, Clay, Common Room)
• Execute territory refinements and CRM build work prioritized by RevOps & sales leadership
• Collaborate with sales leadership to refine GTM processes through system design and enablement
• Ensure new hires are set up and fluent in their tools
• Systems you'll manage directly: Outreach, Common Room, Gumloop, Default
