Job summary

HighLevel is seeking a dedicated analytics leader to own analytics, reporting, and process for a dedicated revenue segment. You will turn raw performance data into the reporting, programs, and workflows the team runs on.

You will build dashboards and recurring reports for leadership decisions, own program attribution and tracking, and design end-to-end processes from concept to rollout to optimize pipeline and workflow management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue analysis, sales/marketing operations, or a related analytical field.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for leadership decisions.
• Own program attribution, tracking, and reporting that connect activity to outcomes.
• Design, build, and optimize end-to-end processes from concept to rollout.
• Own pipeline and workflow management, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements.
