Job summary

HighLevel is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst II to own analytics, reporting, and processes for a dedicated revenue segment. You will become the go-to person turning raw data into actionable dashboards, programs, and workflows that the team runs daily.

You’ll design end-to-end processes, optimize pipelines, and partner with GTM leaders, using Excel/SQL and BI tools to drive insights. Remote role from India with global impact.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL; BI tools (Tableau/Looker/Power BI) preferred.
• Experience with a CRM (Salesforce) and GTM systems/automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related quantitative field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics, reporting, and process for a revenue segment; deliver real-time performance views to leadership.
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for decision making.
• Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end processes; manage pipelines/workflows and drive improvements.
• Track KPIs, identify gaps, and build business cases for new initiatives; execute them end-to-end.
