Job summary

Affirm's Revenue Analytics team is seeking intelligent, driven professionals to perform comprehensive analyses, reporting, and data solutions to support and grow Revenue segments. The role requires strong analytical rigor, the ability to craft narratives for diverse stakeholders, and the development of tools to scale data usage across the organization.

You will partner with Client Success and Marketplace teams, build dashboards, run experiments, define KPIs, and guide cross-functional projects

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in analytically-driven role
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools Sigma/Looker/Tableau
• Aptitude to learn Python
• Experience with AI tools for analytics (Cursor, Claude Code)
• Ability to communicate and influence across levels

Responsibilities

• Optimize decisions and execution with analyses and communicate to internal and external partners
• Scale impact by standardizing use cases and building scalable analytics infrastructure
• Own comprehensive analytics solution by defining KPIs and guiding cross-functional teams
