Job summary

CharterUP is a remote-first company transforming the multi-billion-dollar group transportation market. We seek a Revenue Operations Associate to translate big-picture goals into tooling, automation, and analysis outputs for a rapidly scaling B2B/B2C marketplace.

You will build and refine automations, ensure smooth handoffs between Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations, and develop KPI dashboards to drive revenue visibility. A bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in Revenue/Sales Ops are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops or Business Ops in a B2B SaaS setting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; some SQL experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and document standardized revenue processes (lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, post-sales).
• Maintain KPI dashboards and reporting across Sales, Account Management, Support, and related functions.
• Own monthly commission calculations, data review, and Cost of Sales analysis.
