Botrista, Inc. is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to uncover drivers of revenue growth, customer performance, retention and profitability.

You will connect data across Sales, Account Management, deployments, and Finance to provide clear, actionable insights for leadership. Reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager, you will work across Revenue Operations, Commercial Planning, and Finance to build a consistent view of performance, explain variances, and advise on actions that improve

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or related analytics role.
• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with Salesforce data and CRM reporting.
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools.
• Ability to build financial, operational, forecasting models.
• Strong metrics understanding and ability to communicate insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue performance against plan and drivers.
• Evaluate customer revenue, retention, expansion and deployments.
• Develop cohort and segmentation analyses.
• Translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Support forecasting and scenario modeling with Finance and Planning.
• Build and maintain revenue reporting and business reviews.
• Collaborate across Revenue Operations, Commercial Planning, and Finance.
