Job summary

Botrista, Inc. is seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Revenue Operations Analyst to help understand what drives revenue growth, customer performance, retention, and profitability across the business.

Reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager, this role will serve as a shared analytical resource across Revenue Operations, Commercial Planning, and Finance. We are looking for someone who is naturally curious, comfortable digging into complex data, and able to translate analysis

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Analytics, Finance, or related analytical roles.
• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with Salesforce data and CRM reporting.
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue performance against plan and identify underlying drivers of variances.
• Develop cohort and segmentation analyses across verticals, customer types, sales channels, territories, and sources.
• Evaluate lead sources, territories, ICP performance, and sales motions to optimize revenue.
• Analyze customer revenue, retention, expansion, and account health across the installed base.
• Build and maintain reporting for Sales, Account Management, and revenue performance.
