Qualifications

• 3+ years in Revenue Operations or analytics.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM reporting.
• Experience with BI/data visualization tools.
• Ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail and communication.
• Comfort with fast-moving environment.
• Identify patterns and anomalies in data.
• Independently tackle ambiguous business questions.
• Influence how a business operates through data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue performance against plan and drivers.
• Evaluate customer revenue, retention, expansions, and deployments.
• Develop cohort and segmentation analyses across verticals and channels.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities early.
• Partner with Revenue Ops, Commercial Planning, and Finance to view performance.
• Translate analysis into clear recommendations and actions.
• Analyze pipeline health, quota attainment, and seller productivity.
• Evaluate lead sources, territories, ICP performance, and sales motions.
• Quantify revenue at risk and potential upside across the customer base.
• Build and maintain core revenue reporting and performance reviews.
