Botrista, Inc. seeks a highly analytical Revenue Operations Analyst to understand revenue growth drivers, customer performance, retention, and profitability across the business.

Reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager, the role connects data across Sales, Account Management, deployments, operations, and finance to identify trends and inform business decisions. A strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Business Analytics, Finance, Strategy, or related analytical role.
• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with Salesforce data and CRM reporting strongly preferred.
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools preferred.
• Experience building financial, operational, forecasting, or scenario models.
• Strong understanding of business metrics and ability to connect operational activity to financial outcomes.
• Ability to communicate complex analysis clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue performance against plan and identify drivers of variances.
• Develop cohort and segmentation analyses across verticals, customer types, sales channels, and more.
• Translate analysis into clear recommendations and business actions.
• Analyze pipeline health, coverage, conversion, and seller productivity.
• Build and maintain core Sales, Account Management, and revenue reporting.
• Support leadership with analytical work on high-priority business questions.
