Botrista, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to drive data-driven decisions across Revenue Operations, Commercial Planning, and Finance. The role focuses on understanding drivers of revenue growth, retention, and profitability through rigorous analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and technical skills with commercial judgment, turning complex data into clear insights and actionable business recommendations for leadership.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Finance, Strategy, or a related analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work with large datasets.
• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with Salesforce data and CRM reporting is strongly preferred.
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools preferred.
• Experience building financial, operational, forecasting, or scenario models.
• Strong understanding of business metrics and ability to connect operational activity to financial outcomes.
• Ability to communicate complex analysis clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze revenue performance against plan and identify drivers of variances.
• Evaluate revenue sources: new customers, recurring revenue, retention, expansion, deployments, and other drivers.
• Develop cohort and segmentation analyses across verticals and channels.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities; partner with teams to align on a view of performance.
• Translate analysis into actionable recommendations for leadership.
