Botrista, Inc. is seeking a highly analytical Revenue Operations Analyst to help us understand what drives revenue growth, customer performance, retention, and profitability across the business.

You will work with Sales, Account Management, deployments, operations, and Finance to connect data and translate insights into concrete actions. This role requires curiosity, technical proficiency, and commercial judgment to move beyond reporting and deliver data-driven recommendations to leaders,

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Finance, or related analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large datasets.
• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with Salesforce data and CRM reporting.
• Experience with BI or data visualization tools.
• Experience building financial, operational forecasting, or scenario models.
• Ability to communicate complex analysis clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Attention to detail with a big-picture view.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with evolving questions.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze revenue performance against plan and identify drivers of variances.
• Evaluate new customer revenue, recurring revenue, and retention metrics.
• Develop cohort and segmentation analyses across verticals, sales channels, and regions.
• Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities before they show up in topline results.
• Translate analysis into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Build and maintain core sales, account management, and revenue performance reporting.
• Support forecasting, planning, and scenario modeling across functions.
