Cribl, a remote-first B2B SaaS data observability company, seeks an Onboarding Program Owner to architect and scale onboarding for revenue talent across global teams.

You will design role-based onboarding journeys, run in-person bootcamps (when needed), and develop AI-driven practice scenarios while partnering with RevOps to link milestones to ARR growth and ramp velocity. Day-to-day includes coaching leaders and delivering measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement or revenue training.
• 3+ years owning onboarding for quota-carrying or technical sellers.
• Hands-on instructional design and engaging facilitator.
• Fluency in MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
• Data-driven mindset with RevOps partnership.
• Tech stack proficiency with Gong, Hyperbound, Seismic, Rox, Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Architect onboarding paths for sales, technical, and post-sale roles.
• Plan, facilitate, and deliver multiple bootcamps per year with SMEs.
• Create AI-driven roleplay scenarios and knowledge checks.
• Develop post-onboarding baselines and coaching readouts.
• Partner with leadership to scale peer mentorship and link metrics to ARR.
