Cribl, a B2B SaaS data observability company, is hiring an Onboarding Program Owner to design and scale how we ramp revenue talent across sales, technical, and post-sales roles.

You will run multi-day bootcamps, build AI-driven practice scenarios, and partner with RevOps to tie onboarding milestones to ARR growth, with expected impact on ramp speed and time-to-first-meeting. This role offers a competitive base salary and generous benefits in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement, revenue training, or frontline sales management in B2B SaaS.
• 3+ years owning onboarding for quota‑carrying or technical sellers.
• Fluency in enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message).
• Data‑driven mindset with RevOps collaboration.
• Proficiency with Gong, Hyperbound, Seismic, Rox, Salesforce, and LMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain tailored onboarding journeys for sales, technical, and post-sales roles.
• Plan, facilitate, and deliver ~5 interactive bootcamps per year with executive SMEs and dynamic exercises.
• Incorporate AI-driven roleplay, call intelligence analysis, and hands-on discovery simulations.
• Design post-onboarding skill baselines and gap readouts to drive targeted enablement.
• Partner with RDs and tenured RSMs to scale a structured peer-mentorship network.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to tie onboarding milestones to ramp velocity and ARR contributions.
