Cribl is hiring an Onboarding Program Owner to architect, scale, and elevate how we ramp new revenue talent across regional sales, technical, and post‑sales teams. This remote‑first, high‑impact role blends instructional design with AI‑driven practice to accelerate time‑to‑productivity and lift ARR.

You will lead multi‑day bootcamps, tailor onboarding paths, and work with leadership to embed MEDDPICC and Command of the Message into practical training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement or related leadership in B2B SaaS.
• 3+ years owning onboarding for quota‑carrying or technical sellers.
• Hands‑on instructional designer and engaging facilitator.
• Fluency in enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message) and data‑driven mindset.
• Experience with Gong, Hyperbound, Seismic, Rox, Salesforce, and modern enablement/LMS tools.
• Bonus points: enterprise seller/SE or data/observability/security SaaS experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain onboarding paths for sales, technical, and post‑sales roles.
• Plan, facilitate, and deliver ~5 bootcamps per year with SMEs and practical exercises.
• Develop AI‑driven roleplay scenarios, knowledge checks, and certification milestones.
• Design post‑onboarding baselines and coaching readouts for ongoing development.
• Partner with leadership and RevOps to scale peer mentorship and connect milestones to ARR.
