Job summary

Alteryx is seeking a high-energy Revenue Enablement professional to elevate the effectiveness of the Go-To-Market organization. The role centers on dynamic group facilitation, high-intensity virtual workshops, structured 1:1 coaching, and targeted content design.

You will also host internal communications and enablement podcasts. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in revenue enablement, strong facilitation, and a proven coaching track record, with a collaborative, growth-minded mindset.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in revenue enablement, GTM enablement, or program development in a fast-paced, technology-enabled environment.
Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills for virtual and live audiences.
Strong coaching track record with GTM professionals and skill development.

Responsibilities

Facilitation & Training: design and lead engaging virtual workshops and live sessions.
GTM Coaching & Professional Development: 1:1 and small-group coaching with structured feedback.
Strategic Content Development: create GTM playbooks, talk tracks, briefs, and leader toolkits.
Operations & Continuous Improvement: measure impact and optimize future enablement initiatives.
