Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in revenue enablement, GTM enablement, or related learning and development roles.
• Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills across virtual and in-person settings.
• Strong coaching track record with structured 1:1 or small-group development.
• Ability to create clear, scalable GTM collateral beyond live sessions.
• Comfort with enablement platforms and learning technology.
• Collaborative, growth-minded mindset with accountability and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitation & Training (50%): design and lead high-energy virtual workshops and live sessions; host internal podcasts.
• GTM Coaching & Professional Development (40%): conduct structured coaching; analyze performance and provide actionable feedback; run readiness checks.
• Strategic Content Development (10%): create GTM playbooks, talk tracks, briefs, and leader toolkits; curate content ecosystem.
• Operations & Continuous Improvement: measure impact with data; partner across GTM to align messaging and learning experiences.
