Job summary

Alteryx Inc. seeks a high-energy Revenue Enablement Professional focused on GTM readiness and dynamic live and virtual training. You will design and deliver engaging workshops, support high-impact coaching, and help align enablement activities with measurable business outcomes.

This role partners with GTM leaders to create strategic content, lead role-plays, and measure impact across programs. Compensation ranges from 150,000 to 175,000 USD plus bonus and equity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in revenue enablement or GTM enablement in tech.
• Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to coach GTM professionals 1:1 and in groups.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience designing scalable enablement content.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate high-energy virtual workshops and live training sessions.
• Lead 1:1 and small-group coaching to improve performance.
• Develop targeted GTM content such as playbooks and talks.
• Partner with GTM leaders to align enablement with business goals.
• Measure program impact using performance data.
