This high-energy role centers on dynamic group facilitation, intensive virtual workshops, and targeted content design to drive readiness and performance across diverse GTM audiences. You will also host internal podcasts and provide 1:1 coaching, working closely with GTM leaders to align enablement efforts with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in revenue enablement or GTM enablement.
• Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills.
• Strong coaching track record with GTM professionals.
• Proven ability to create clear GTM content beyond live sessions.
• Digital fluency across enablement, collaboration, and media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy virtual workshops and live trainings with interactive formats.
• Provide 1:1 and small-group coaching to GTM professionals.
• Develop targeted enablement content such as playbooks and talking points.
