Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue enablement, GTM enablement, or related field.
• Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills.
• Strong coaching track record with GTM professionals.
• Digital fluency with enablement and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate high-energy virtual workshops and live training sessions.
• Host internal enablement podcasts and share customer stories.
• Conduct 1:1 and small-group coaching for GTM professionals.
• Analyze interactions and performance signals to improve skills.
• Develop targeted playbooks, talking points, and leader toolkits.
