Alteryx Inc. is seeking an energetic Revenue Enablement Professional with a passion for audience-focused facilitation and coaching.

This remote role centers on high-energy virtual workshops, 1:1 and small-group coaching, and strategic content development to elevate the Go-To-Market organization. You will lead dynamic sessions, provide actionable feedback, and partner with GTM leaders to align enablement with business outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in revenue enablement, GTM enablement, learning and development, or program development.
Exceptional Facilitation & Presentation Skills: energizing diverse audiences and leading virtual training.
Strong Coaching Track Record: coaching GTM professionals through skill development and practice sessions.
Targeted Content Creation: producing GTM collateral beyond live training assets.
Digital Fluency: proficient with enablement platforms to create scalable experiences.
Culture Fit: collaborative, growth-minded team player with accountability and humor.

Responsibilities

1: Facilitation & Training: design and lead engaging virtual workshops and live training events.
2: GTM Coaching & Professional Development: structured 1:1 and small-group coaching focusing on customer conversations and value articulation.
3: Strategic Content Development: create playbooks, GTM briefs, and leader toolkits beyond live sessions.
4: Operations & Continuous Improvement: measure program impact and optimize initiatives.
