Qualifications

5+ years of experience in revenue enablement, GTM enablement, learning and development, or program development in a fast-paced, technology-enabled environment.
Exceptional Facilitation & Presentation Skills: energizing diverse audiences and driving interactive discussions.
Strong Coaching Track Record with hands-on GTM coaching experience.
Targeted Content Creation demonstrating clear GTM collateral beyond live training.
Digital Fluency across enablement, learning, collaboration, and media platforms.
Culture Fit: collaborative, growth-minded team player with accountability and empathy.

Responsibilities

Facilitation & Training: design and lead engaging virtual workshops and live training sessions.
GTM Coaching & Professional Development: structured 1:1 and small-group coaching for GTM professionals.
Strategic Content Development: create playbooks, talk tracks, GTM briefs, and leader toolkits.
Operations & Continuous Improvement: measure impact and optimize programs based on data.
