Job summary

West Shore Home in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a Revenue Efficiency Coordinator to schedule customers and optimize resources to meet revenue targets through high-volume calling and KPI-driven activity. You will fill and confirm upcoming pre-install, install and service appointments.

The role requires a high school diploma and customer service experience; proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is expected. This is an onsite position with multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 year’s Customer Service experience preferred.
• Experience navigating Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently schedule jobs and optimize resources to meet revenue targets, through high-volume calling per KPIs assigned.
• Fill all upcoming calendar openings by maximizing headcount and offering customers earlier appointment dates, when applicable.
• Answer incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner and redirect customers as needed.
• Place outbound calls to customers to schedule and reschedule pre-install, install, and install service appointments.
