Job summary

DBC is seeking a customer-focused appointment scheduler in Erie, PA to join our team. You will handle incoming leads across calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries, scheduling appointments with estimators and ensuring 98% accuracy in scheduling.

Responsibilities include following up on leads, meeting daily and monthly quotas, coordinating with weekend backup sets, and participating in weekly training. A background in home services is helpful; strong communication and organization are

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 5+ years in customer service, call center, or management.
• Experience in a goal-based or quota-carrying environment preferred.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments between customers and estimators using scheduling software.
• Monitor and manage inbound leads from calls, texts, emails, online inquiries, and social media.
• Follow up on leads to convert to booked appointments.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly goals and update the scoreboard.
• Review calls for feedback and coaching with Sales Manager.
• Coordinate with backup weekend appointment setters.
• Assist with events and home shows appointment scheduling.
• Perform reports like cancellation reports and follow up to reset.
• Ensure 98% scheduling accuracy.
• Complete credits to lead sources for problem leads.
