West Shore Home is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Mechanicsburg, PA, onsite, with a Monday-Friday 10:00 AM–6:30 PM schedule and full-time employment. The role focuses on delivering a 5-star experience, diagnosing product issues, and scheduling post-installation service visits.

You will handle high-volume calls, respond to customer inquiries, and coordinate parts and service visits while maintaining clear communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building relationships.
• Ability to work independently with high accountability.
• Proven track record in customer service roles.
• Experience with multi-channel customer support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls.
• Respond to customer requests via phone, email, and website.
• Escalate issues to the General Manager as needed.
• Schedule service visits and order parts when required.
• Keep customers informed of schedule changes.
