West Shore Home in Penn Hills, PA is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support our Lexington branch. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with post-installation service requests, and schedule service appointments to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

This full-time onsite role emphasizes clear communication, problem-solving, and relationship building. Training is provided, and a path for growth exists within a fast-paced home remodeling company.
