Job summary

Serenity is hiring a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations to own a high-volume location—leading staff, workflow, floor presence, and the member experience. This is a hands-on leadership role in Sandy Springs, GA, with a strong focus on revenue and service excellence.

You should have 5+ years in operations leadership with a proven sales record, KPI discipline, and the ability to coach teams to consistent performance in hospitality or premium service settings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in operations with a track record of driving revenue and hitting targets.
• Experience running a high-volume location with accountability for staff, workflow, and customer experience.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs and convert opportunities into sales.
• Background in hospitality, upscale retail, or premium service operations is a strong advantage.
• Direct conversations about performance with tangible outcomes and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation of a high-volume location—staffing, workflow, floor presence, and output quality.
• Drive sales across the location with clearly defined revenue targets and KPIs.
• Set performance standards and maintain them through coaching and accountability.
• Ensure professional member interactions and identify and convert sales opportunities.
• Track location KPIs and use data to make operational and commercial decisions.
• Identify underperformance early and address it with clear follow-through.
