Job summary

Sentara RMH Medical Center seeks a Manager of Revenue Cycle Optimization & Analytics to drive change across the revenue cycle. You will lead major program rollouts, collaborate with leaders, and ensure KPI impact through data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 7 years of Revenue Cycle experience.
• Alternative: 9 years Revenue Cycle experience in lieu of advanced degree.
• 2 years Management experience required.
• 2 years Reporting/Analytics preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for major program rollouts and process improvements with actionable work plans.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to identify issues and engage stakeholders for timely action.
• Track KPIs and data gaps, coordinating with IT and Analytics to drive change.
